This has got to be one of the best places in Rochester to get a Garbage Plate. My son has life threatening food allergies and when letting staff know they were quick to assure us that the food was safe for him to eat.This being said it was his first garbage plate and he absolutely crushed it. He said the Mac salad was better than his grandmothers and I could not agree more.Fore a first garbage plate experience it was a 11/10 for sure.

The owner of the restaurant was fantastic. Even her community she attracts are the nicest people. We called in to ask how fast her food was and if it was family friendly. She was absolutely was accommodating to our large family, and our son with special needs. She really took care of us through food and service and our experience lived up to the hype. We were from out of town, so we will definitely recommend to tourists !

Fantastic meat sauce, and always cooked to order burgers. A lot of plate places In Rochester but what sets Vasko’s apart is the consistency of serving up a hot and fresh plate. Not a scoop of home fries that have been on the cold side of the flat top for 6 hours. Not to mention the shakes are delicious and he’s one of the few places around that are open until 2 am. Would recommend

It’s all about the sauce! Awesome garbage plate! Excellent service! Place is very busy but they are used to it. Cool atmosphere in trendy downtown. Parking a little Difficult to find but worth it. Well known for their good variety of delicious milkshakes. I had the butterfinger with caramel! So good!

Great little place to grab a quick bite! Staff is super friendly! You can tell how devoted to their restaurant they are and we love to support local! This is definitely an establishment I will visit every month when I’m in town!!

No complaints. The garbage plate was fire. And while the small space is unfortunate, it is not a deal breaker.

The BEST late-night munchy spot I’ve encountered in Rochester. The food was delicious, the milkshakes are superb, and while there is limited seating, if you do decide to sit, it’s a very welcoming atmosphere. I would personally recommend the Italian sausage meal and an Oreo milkshake!

Family oriented, clean, organized and DELICIOUS! Vasko’s has turned into the heart of Rochester. It offers food that tastes good along with a feeling of rochester’s history!
